See: Tobacco Control Act. Thus, the FDA has the authority to regulate JUUL and similar companies that distribute nicotine products. Thus, nicotine, whether natural or artificial, are subject to the FDA’s authority. See: FDA Authority. Its advertising and distribution are part of the FDA’s authority. Thus, the FDA can regulate JUUL’s advertising and prevent marketing directed at minors. What do you think?
