Creativity and innovation are all around us. Have you ever purchased an item that you thought later, “how did I ever function before having this?” Is there something in your life that is exceptionally functional and useful? Perhaps, you bought or wanted to buy a product that you felt had exceptional ingenuity.

Your project should be to identify one of these items from your life and research how it was made. Describe the process, functional changes, and, most importantly, the creativity and innovation process that went into it.

Based on your research, you will describe how you might have one things differently than the team or individual that created the product. The product might seem perfect, but there is always room for changes, so what changes would you propose and why.

You must have at least 3 outside intext sources cited in your paper and References. Your textbook does not count as an outside source, but you may use it as a 4th source.
