Risk Management – Country Risk Assessment
Each student must prepare a risk assessment of a country of his/her choice. Your home country or another country is possible.
Part 1. Using the GCR/GCI, compare your selected country with two other countries in the same GDP/capita category. Excel Table 1: show the 12 pillars for each of your 3 countriesExcel Table 2: select at least 5 detailed parameters (8.01, 2.03, etc) and compare your 3 countries Copy and paste your tables into the reportExplain the ranking of your 3 countries.
Part 2. Using the Coface website, indicate the country risk rating of your selected countries. Create a table comparing the 3 countries risk ratings. (You can use the coface tool.) Briefly summarize the strengths and weaknesses of your selected country.
Part 3. Perform an internet search and indicate the S&P country bond default rating.
