The observance of this rhythm is Yahweh’s express will. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but on the seventh day is Sabbath for the Lord. (Ex. 20:9) This is the reason why we should work and give time to rest and relax the seventh day of working. But many times this is being practiced normally for some because they really want to earn in order to pay their housing bill and other basic necessities or because it is mandated by the company they are working. The consequence is burn-out and lack of interest and energy in complying the company’s demands.
