My friend in university was in a long-term relationship with someone. I had known my friend for 5 years and her boyfriend for 4 years. I found out that my friend cheated on her boyfriend. What I thought was an ethical dilemma in this situation was that I was more friends with my friend so I wanted to be loyal to her, but felt that her boyfriend also needed to know.
