Tell me what you think constitutes good customer satisfaction skills. What does that look like when someone has good customer satisfaction skills? Also, please tell me about the BEST customer service experience that you had (including why it was a positive experience, what made it stand out in your mind, did you tell anyone else about it, did you return to the establishment for a purchase or to do business again, etc.). In addition, please tell me about the WORST customer service experience that you have had and what made it the worst. Did you tell anyone else about that experience? Why or why not?
