As a result of the pandemic, the majority of both organizations (and educational institutions) were forced to shift off-the-job training (teaching) methods from a traditional in-person environment to an online/virtual environment. Identify three off-the-job training methods that have been adapted to the online/virtual environment. For each of these three methods, briefly describe one set of tradeoffs (one advantage and one disadvantage) with the shift from an in-person environment to an online/virtual environment.

Q3. Your boss has requested your input on the evaluation of a training session delivered several weeks ago to determine if there has been a far and positive transfer of training. Identify three evaluation variables that you would recommend and how each would help with responding to this request.
