Describe your preferences as an American Consumer as they relate to one of these components of American Culture and provide an example of how your preference has impacted your consumer behavior. For example, if you select Outdoor Activities from the Entertainment graphic, how has your preference for this cultural activity impacted your behavior as an American consumer? How has this preference led to consumer decision-making such as buying a bicycle, running shoes, a tent, a grille, a fishing pole, a boat, an ATV or other items related to the example you chose? Likewise, if you choose Gaming as a form of Entertainment you enjoy, provide an example demonstrating how this cultural behavior has this impacted your shopping? Only one example of a product from the category you choose is required for your response but if you want to list more, that is up to you.

Second, was there an advertisement or a specific offer that impacted your decision to make your purchase when and how you did? If so, provide an example, if not suggest an idea for an advertisement or a product offer that might influence you or other American consumers interested in the same cultural behavior.

Likewise, if you chose Working Out as a Cultural Activity, you would provide an example of how this behavior impacted your shopping habits. For example, did you buy a home gym or other home workout equipment? Or, do you pay for a gym membership? Consistent with Post One, only one example of a product from the category you choose is required for your response but if you want to list more, that is up to you.

Lastly, do you know of a promotional offer that might relate to one of the examples of consumer behavior chosen by a classmate? If so, is it the same as the example that influenced their consumer behavior? Or, can you share a specific offer or website with them that might benefit their shopping preferences?
